I loved each session. It very easy to follow along and I learned alot of important information. I have been using what I have learned on myself and it feels liberating! I actually did a session on a young lady (heart to heart hugging) and she felt good afterwards. I will be adding this as a service to my 1 on 1 Manifestation Journal sessions with my clients. Taking this course has been the best thing for me on my healing journey. It also allows me to use what learn on others. I can't wait to start level 2!

There were helpful downloads throughout the course that should be used as tools to assist with practicing Reiki.
